Product ranges

Compounds and constructions matched to what the belt actually carries.

Food-grade conveyor

FDA and EU-compliant compounds for bakery, dairy, poultry and prepared foods. Washdown-stable, low-migration, blue detectable options.

Datasheets

Heavy-duty rubber

Steel-cord and multi-ply constructions for aggregate, coal and ore. Rip-resistant covers with abrasion ratings to DIN 22102.

Datasheets

Power transmission

V-belts, timing belts and flat drive belting, matched to drive geometry and duty cycle rather than catalogue nearest-fit.

Datasheets

Modular plastic

Positive-drive modular belting for inclines, accumulation and tight transfers, in acetal, polypropylene and nylon.

Timing and profile

Cleats, sidewalls and profiles welded in-house, so a bespoke belt does not mean a bespoke lead time.

Rollers and pulleys

Lagging, crowned pulleys and idler sets to keep a new belt tracking straight on old framework.

Fitted on your line, not in a catalogue

Every installation starts with a survey: pulley diameters, take-up travel, transfer heights, washdown chemistry and what the belt actually carries.

We splice on site, overnight where production allows, and leave the line running before the shift starts. Where a belt keeps failing, we say so and change the specification rather than selling the same belt again.

Fifty years on the floor

  1. 1974

    Founded in Germiston

Started as a two-man splicing crew serving the local mining supply chain.

  2. 1991

    First food-grade line

Moved into dairy and bakery work, which now accounts for a third of turnover.

  3. 2008

    In-house fabrication

Brought cleat and sidewall welding in-house, cutting bespoke lead times from weeks to days.

  4. 2019

    Cross-border service

Standing service contracts across nine countries in southern and east Africa.

Common questions

How quickly can you attend a breakdown?

Within four hours anywhere in Gauteng, and same-day to most sites we hold a service contract with. Overnight splicing is standard where production cannot stop during the day.

Can you match a belt we already run?

Usually. Send a photo of the belt marking and a section if you have one. Where the original is discontinued we will specify the nearest current construction and tell you how it differs.

Do you supply outside South Africa?

Yes, across nine countries in southern and east Africa. Cross-border work is quoted with duties and lead times included, not as an afterthought.

Belt failing more often than it should?

A survey costs nothing and usually pays for itself in the first specification change.
